Knot Studio is located in Redford, Michigan, USA a western suburb of Detroit. We do NOT have a storefront. We
are a home-based studio and at this time our business is done primarily on our Web Site. In the past we have sold
our products at Art/Craft shows as well as in a friend's studio in the Gatlinburg, Tennessee area. At this
point in time neither of those options are possible. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or comments pertaining to

are constantly adding new items to our inventory. Ordering It's easy to place an order
at Gaelic Knot Studio. Just browse our pages at your leisure. When you see an item you'd like to purchase simply click
the "add to cart" button beneath it. PayPal will add it to your shopping cart and take you to their page so you
can see the contents of your cart. From there you are given the choice to continue shopping or check out. You can even
toggle back and forth between our Studio pages shopping if you'd like. To see what you have in your cart at any time just
click on the "view cart" button and PayPal will take you to the page to see what you've selected.
If you've changed your mind about any item you can easily remove it from your cart and continue shopping. When you're
done click the "view cart" button on the page you're on and PayPal will guide through their check out process.
With PayPal you can relax and shop knowing your information
is safe and secure. All information you share with us stays with us! We respect your right
to privacy and DO NOT release any personal info to any other company. Shipping All
of our products are packaged with special care to assure they arrive in the same condition they left our studio. We generally ship orders within 3 to 5 business days and sometimes
within 24 hours! An E-mail will be sent to let you know your order has been received and a second e-mail sent when your order
is shipped so you will know when to expect it to arrive. If an item is temporarily out of stock we will notify you by E-Mail within 24 hours of receiving your order. If there are any problems with your order please notify us within
3 days of receiving it so we can address any issues promptly. Domestic-US Deliveries We generally ship via US Postal Service using First Class Mail
and Parcel Post; Priority Mail or Express Mail may be requested at a higher cost. International Deliveries USPS Priority Mail International is generally used as well as Flat-Rate International
when appropriate to keep shipping costs down for our customers. If you prefer other methods and rates please let us know via the form above.
Shipping cost are NOT included in the price of the merchandise. Returns If there is a problem with your order
contact us by E-mail or using the form above within 3 days of receiving your merchandise and we will do our best
to resolve the issue. All returns must be pre-approved.
